  1. Hmmm that is a very interesting sandwich. People do that combo with pizza, so why not?

One thing my family made a lot growing up that I thought was totally normal but everyone gives me strange looks when I tell them is...

    Tomato soup with popcorn.

    Yum!

  7. That hummus is one of my favorite's as well. I've told several people about sweet potato and peanut butter and they've thought it was strange. I found it from a fellow blogger as well!

  13. hey tj....do you ever grill that pineapple before you put it on the sandwich...I could see it hot with that flat bread...that would be really tasty. Can't wait to see your new weigh in..you are so closing in on your goal...and my weight as well! 145. Have a good one.

  15. Okay, so your sandwich reminded me of a combination that many think is odd...whole wheat pizza crust (or tortilla), marinara/pizza sauce, light mozzarella, pineapple chunks, banana pepper rings, feta cheese and a sprinkle of unsalted sunflower seeds. I swear it is delicious. I love the sweet, spicy, salty, tangy, crunchy, cheesiness of it.

    Everything looks delicious!
