Here was dinner last night- chicken burger w/ guacahummus and steamed broccoli. YUM!
Oh so did you see my post about the Larabars? or my version of BALLS? lol Well I forgot I wanted to add in some unsweetened shredded coconut- so I decided to roll the balls in it instead-
Snack today after the pool was inspired by seeing a similar snack over at Danica's Daily- Cracker w. laughing cow & apricot low sugar jam. YUM!
About to get dinner ready- not a new one for us over here, but a tasty & easy one! :) Lettuce wraps & some edamame. These chicken meatballs are one point each!

OH! I brought my stuff with me for the pool today so after weigh in & lunch I got my butt in the pool again today! :) For those of you who are looking for an easy to use and fairly priced heart rate monitor the Polar F4 (click link to see info on it!) that I got is a good one! I love it and so far am very happy with how easy it is to use! I say look around for a sale- because the prices I see online are WAY higher than what I paid for mine.
Stats for today's pool exercises DURATION: 1 hour 13 min. CALORIES BURNED 421 :) WHoohoooooo! :)
Have a great evening everyone! :) BYE!
Look at you go chicka!! Doing great - feed me some of your motivation? (And maybe some of that fruit too?? Yum.)
ReplyDeleteI need to take you with me on my next shopping trip to Trader Joes. Clearly, this should have been your profession.
ReplyDeleteWooHoo! You see, I see how clean your food is and I KNOW this is why I am stuck. I was doing so much better before and tracking so much better. I've let a few things slack and I've gotten too "relaxed" with my counting.
ReplyDeleteLOL at your hungry monster.
All that food looks absolutely fabulous! You have been doing so awesome with weight loss!!
ReplyDeletexo
I KNEW you were the kind of girl who likes to roll her balls! I just knew it! :D
ReplyDeleteGuacahummus? Did I miss something? Did you buy that or make it???
Laughing cow is made for jam! yumm.
I agree with Camevil.
You are doing GREAT, hon!! So proud of you for keeping it all up! =)
ReplyDeleteHugs!
Your food pictures are my favourite!
ReplyDeleteThose meat balls looks so good and I like the idea of making them into lettuce wraps.
ReplyDeleteA maintain is pretty cool!
Up the veggies and fruits, they are so filling for so few calories.
your rasberrys look better than the ones i bought from the grocery store, yuck, tasteless! meatballs look tasty i have to admit lol. take care
ReplyDeleteThe really cool thing about knowing this is you also know how to lose now.
ReplyDeleteSo it gives that feeling of control back.
Great job on the maintain and dthe workout.
And I never thought of putting jam on laughing cow. good idea. But I do need to steer clear of the crackers...I tend to eat too many.
okay
ReplyDeleteIm not going to censor my comment.
my first thought?
DAMN THOSE BALLS LOOK YUMMY.
Everything looks so yummy!!!! You rock!!!
ReplyDeleteThey should be paying you Tracey!
ReplyDeleteI got those meatballs at Costco and I absolutely LOVE THEM!!!
ReplyDeleteI'll have to pick some more up next time I go! :)
Thanks for the suggestion about the HRM. I keep telling myself to get one, but haven't done the research to find a good but sensibly priced one.
ReplyDeleteYou spoil us!!??sweet AND savoury balls!!?? Dang girl!! I have a bit of Deja vu with the Lara balls, I swear I have seen someone else do that??
ReplyDeleteHave you tried eating some of your AP points too? I've found that as I add more activity, I really have to eat about 1/2 my APs with my WPs to see a weight loss. If you try this, commit to doing it for at least 3 weeks just in case you have a temporary gain from adding more points. It's worth a try, since eating more points is always more fun!
ReplyDeleteSo I had this random thought as I was getting ready to read your post today. I used it awhile back when I was trying to bust through a plateau - have you ever heard of the Wendy Plan? It is where you mix up your WPA with your daily points to shake things up with your body. It is fun to challenge yourself and it might just help you push past your plateau.
ReplyDeleteI think I want all the food in your day - I LOVE your guacahummus burger and every time I see those meatballs I want some!
Hey! Wanted to quick ask you, when you use your weeklies, do you spread them out evenly or save them up? I have found that if I vary my days with points (for example, one higher point day, the next a lower point day) I seem to have better luck. So I might use 10 on Sunday, 5 on Monday, none on Tuesday, 5 on Wednesday, etc. I went a long time not using my weeklies and stopped losing. Crazy. Anyway, just a thought!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work. Your blog makes me hungry. ;)
