Busy and Boring

Thats how I feel lately. I booked 3 doctor visits all in the same week and the week is here and Im mad that I planned it out this way. Oh well. Lots of nothing going on but all of the busy nothings that make my head spin. lol Am I making sense to anyone? Today was weigh in and I am up 1.2. My 6 week streak of losses came to an end. I am ok with it, I know what it is (TOM) and Im movin on. I did well as far as eating goes all week but I ate a lot of leftovers and did not cook much. Guess that is why I have been neglecting all of you lately huh? I did manage to make breakfast for dinner one night- 1 hash brown patty(3) 1 cup egg beaters (2.5) and 1 slice 2% American cheese (1) FANCY huh? lol Told you that I was boring. I am making a nice dinner for tomorrow night. Sean's family will be coming over. I like to make things that I can do in advance and not be in the kitchen the whole time guests are over. I wanted to look through some cookbooks but I went with an old standby. I will keep you all hanging on exactly what I made, so come back ok? :)
Have a great evening everyone! :) BYE! Pin It

  8. Lady troubles really piss me off!! They ruin so many weigh-ins. You have been doing so fantastic I am sure it will come back off. I love breakfast for dinner but my favorite is pancakes (note - no nutritional value), bacon (this is why I could never be vegetarian) and syrup (total negative nutritional value but sooo good). It is best with a big glass of whole milk. Not really in my calorie count but yours could be. You have made a TOTAL life style change my friend, congrats!

  10. Looks like a new breakfast sandwich from McDonalds: the McHashbrown Sandwich. Just slap some bacon on there and you've got a McWinner!

  11. TOM is the WORST! I'm on it too, and I'm more bloated than I've been in a very, very long time. Blech!

    Good luck at the doctor!

  12. I often have breakfast for dinner. Omelets filled with veggies and cheese. Or I will make french toast with egg beaters and Weight Watchers bread. I love hashbrowns, too.

  14. Looks good to me!!!! My family would think they were in heaven if I made them little hashbrown patties. lol I think it's the time of year that gets people in that "I feel boring" funk. I was in one most of the summer. I blame the kids being out of school, but who knows what it really is.
