Thats how I feel lately. I booked 3 doctor visits all in the same week and the week is here and Im mad that I planned it out this way. Oh well. Lots of nothing going on but all of the busy nothings that make my head spin. lol Am I making sense to anyone? Today was weigh in and I am up 1.2. My 6 week streak of losses came to an end. I am ok with it, I know what it is (TOM) and Im movin on. I did well as far as eating goes all week but I ate a lot of leftovers and did not cook much. Guess that is why I have been neglecting all of you lately huh? I did manage to make breakfast for dinner one night-

1 hash brown patty(3) 1 cup egg beaters (2.5) and 1 slice 2% American cheese (1) FANCY huh? lol Told you that I was boring. I am making a nice dinner for tomorrow night. Sean's family will be coming over. I like to make things that I can do in advance and not be in the kitchen the whole time guests are over. I wanted to look through some cookbooks but I went with an old standby. I will keep you all hanging on exactly what I made, so come back ok? :)
Have a great evening everyone! :) BYE!
Interesting dinner - why not though - who said breakfast food had to be breakfast food!?!
ReplyDeleteSometimes boring is good too.
ReplyDeleteI like having breakfast for dinner sometimes.
it beats the donuts i had today AND rhubarb crisp . you heard it here first ... i binged today ... feel like blechhh.
I love scrambled eggs, add a hash brown & it's comfort food, add smoked salmon & it's ultra sophisicated. Yum.
ReplyDeleteLove breakfast for dinner!
ReplyDeleteBrinner, yum! Boring to you...mmmmmmmm to me.
ReplyDeleteI love eating breakfast for dinner:)
ReplyDeleteSorry about your gain...TOM always makes me retain alot of water...it will be better next week:)
mmm hash browns....now I'm gonna be craving them!
ReplyDeleteI don't think that is boring at all. Last night we had eggs with peppers, onions and tomatoes! Yum!
ReplyDeleteLady troubles really piss me off!! They ruin so many weigh-ins. You have been doing so fantastic I am sure it will come back off. I love breakfast for dinner but my favorite is pancakes (note - no nutritional value), bacon (this is why I could never be vegetarian) and syrup (total negative nutritional value but sooo good). It is best with a big glass of whole milk. Not really in my calorie count but yours could be. You have made a TOTAL life style change my friend, congrats!
ReplyDeleteUm, yeah - that actually looks reeeeallly good!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a new breakfast sandwich from McDonalds: the McHashbrown Sandwich. Just slap some bacon on there and you've got a McWinner!
ReplyDeleteTOM is the WORST! I'm on it too, and I'm more bloated than I've been in a very, very long time. Blech!
ReplyDeleteGood luck at the doctor!
I often have breakfast for dinner. Omelets filled with veggies and cheese. Or I will make french toast with egg beaters and Weight Watchers bread. I love hashbrowns, too.
ReplyDelete*DROOL*
ReplyDeletei puffy heart hash browns! There is gonna be trouble if i end up craving them missus!
i actually wish my TOM would arrive, three weeks late damnit.
Looks good to me!!!! My family would think they were in heaven if I made them little hashbrown patties. lol I think it's the time of year that gets people in that "I feel boring" funk. I was in one most of the summer. I blame the kids being out of school, but who knows what it really is.
ReplyDeleteThat looks really good! It's been a while since we had breakfast for dinner.
ReplyDeleteI love breakfast for dinner. :)
ReplyDeleteHope you get through your busy week.
