Happy Earth Day!

I carried my re-usable water bottle with me today as usual but I started to think about what else I can do to help out our Earth. I use my own shopping bags when I go to the grocery store but I started to think of when I go to Target or Walmart, I never use them. I always come home with a bunch of plastic bags. I end up putting them into the recycle bin but I could walk into the store with my own, just like at the grocery store. So that will be a new one for me! I hope I can remember to bring them! lol What are you doing to help out? Lemme know! :)

We are having leftovers tonight. Tj's Italian Bake and I am looking forward to it! It really was yummy. If you missed it go back and see! :) For a snack today I made a salad. It came out pretty so I had to share it with you all.
Look at all of those colors! Haha! I topped it off with some red wine vinegar and a dash of Lawry seasoning salt and dug in. YUM! Speaking of snacks, check out Jessica's blog. Bought some flat leaf parsley and spearmint today to plant. I have some sweet basil out there already. I love the spearmint in water. Flavors it and makes it so refreshing!
Off to plant them, hey that is a great Earth Day thing to do!
